The Glenvale Room

The Glenvale Room is a spectacular venue for hosting Wine Shows, Art Shows, Luncheons, Wedding Receptions, Seminars & Award Dinners.

This room has magnificent rural views; and caters for up to 280 seated guests (using the Dance Floor) and up to 600-theatre style for conferences. Ask our team about lighting options over the main arena to provide that special ambiance to any evening by creating the perfect backdrop to Bridal Tables or for award nights.

The Room hire rates for each reception, offer:

• Use of room & bar facilities until midnight (Glenvale Room includes Bride break-out room)
• Setting up of the tables in position, white linen tablecloths; white linen serviettes, (different colours can be provided as an insert, at a minimal cost), skirted bridal and cake table.
• Glassware and cutlery to cater to the event.
• Parquetry dance floor
• Mood lighting
• Ample free car parking
• Lectern and roving microphone

An extension beyond 12am (midnight) will incur a labour charge of $265 p/hour or part thereof.

Depending on numbers of guests a licence cafe style area can be provided for their comfort while waiting for the Bride’s party to return from their photo session. (Ask the function coordinator for more details).
